At present, AI Chemist is a completely free program with no usage limits. However, due to high instantaneous traffic, brief disconnections may occur. We ask for your understanding and ChemWhat will continue to invest resources to enhance the stability of AI Chemist.

Do I need to register ChemWhat before using it?

If you access it directly through a desktop computer or mobile browser, registration is not required at all. If you access it through Telegram, you only need to have a Telegram account in advance.

How to use it on my mobile phone?

1. For temporary use, simply visit the ChemWhat website chemwhat.com through your browsers and click on the AI Chemist icon at the bottom right corner. Or you can Install AI Chemist as a mobile app or desktop shortcut by tapping Share or Menu button and select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install app”

2. You can log in to your Telegram account on your mobile phone. In the top of the main screen (or sidebar in desktop version), there’s a search bar. Click or tap on it. Type the name of the bot “chemwhatbot”. Once you’ve opened the chat with the bot, you can start interacting with it by sending messages or voice (If you prefer to use the more versatile AI model, you can search for “chemwhatgptbot” instead). You can also click AI Chemist directly (Or ChemWhat General AI if you have questions beyond biology and chemistry).

Can I use it directly on a web browser?

Sure.
1. If you have installed the mobile or desktop version of Telegram, you can ask ChemWhat AI Chemist questions at any time through Telegram.

2. The AI Chemist can also be reached by clicking Telegram linke, AI Chemist. If you have questions beyond biology and chemistry, you may click ChemWhat General AI.

If I need to frequently use ChemWhat AI Chemist, is there a quick access method?

Sure.
1. you can visit ChemWhat official website and click the bottom right icon directly.

2. ChemWhat’s website meets the requirements of a PWA (Progressive Web App), so installing ChemWhat AI Chemist as a mobile app or desktop shortcut is straightforward and quick. Just visit the official ChemWhat website using your browser. Look for the “Share” button (an upward arrow in Safari) or the “Menu” button (three dots in Chrome). Other browsers will have similar options. Select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install app” from the menu. This allows you to access ChemWhat conveniently, providing an app-like experience on any device.

Are there any requirements for the language used in text or voice input?

No, AI Chemist supports input in all languages. Currently, users accessing through Telegram can utilize Telegram’s voice system for voice input. Users who directly access the website cannot use voice input yet, but we are working on adding this feature.

Why is AI Chemist’s response time delayed sometimes?

The response from AI Chemist may experience delays of 1-10 seconds as it retrieves data from multiple professional sources. Please allow some extra time for responses when posing your questions. ChemWhat is continuously working to optimize the response speed of AI Chemist.
