| Comments | This microsomal cytochrome P450 (heme-thiolate) enzyme is rather specific for (+)-marmesin, although it can also accept 5-hydroxymarmesin to a much lesser extent. Furanocoumarins protect plants from fungal invasion and herbivore attack.
